When 30 Seconds to Mars released A Beautiful Lie in 2005, they had no idea how the album would be received. And they did not predict that it would take off the way it has.

To date, A Beautiful Lie has sold over a million copies – 10 times the amount their 2002 debut sold – earning it platinum status.
