The controversial new documentary about the supposed discovery of JESUS CHRIST’s final resting place will attempt to prove the prophet was married and fathered a child.

TITANIC director JAMES CAMERON is the executive producer of THE LOST TOMB OF JESUS, which airs on the Discovery Channel in America on Sunday and he insists he only jumped aboard the project when he became convinced by director SIMCHA JACOBOVICI’s findings in a suburb of Jerusalem.

And while religious leaders are bracing themselves for a technological study of what could be the eighth wonder of the world, Jacobovici explains his film has a sensational twist.

The Israeli moviemaker says, “There are six names in that tomb. One of them is Jesus, son of JOSEPH. There’s two MARYs. There’s a MATTHEW and there’s a JUDAH, son of Jesus.

“What they found is that Jesus, son of Joseph, buried in that tomb; and MARIAMENE, which is the name of Mary Magdalene, who were buried together, and have been together for 2,000 years in that tomb, were not related by DNA matrilineally.

“So the suggestion is very strong that they, if they’re in the same family tomb, that they are husband and wife.”
