AMANDA PEET and her screenwriter husband DAVID BENIOFF are celebrating after the actress gave birth to a baby girl.

The SOMETHING’S GOTTA GIVE star was due to attend a Hollywood lunch event on Wednesday when she went into labour and was taken to a nearby hospital.

The couple’s daughter, whose name remains unknown as WENN went to press, is the first child for both Peet and TROY screenwriter Benioff, who wed in September.
