When Britney Spears entered rehab, we weren’t surprised.

When Britney Spears shaved her head bald, got a tattoo on her hip, all while wearing a Jewish star necklace… ok, Britney, you got us. We didn’t see that coming.

Not even 24 hours after reports surfaced that Spears, the former pop princess, entered and exited rehab, now comes news of this.

Spears returned to Los Angeles and shaved her head completely bald.

After ridding herself of every single strand of hair on the top of her head, Spears – a mother of two keep in mind – went to “Body and Soul,” the Sherman Oaks tattoo parlor, and got tattoos on her wrist and lower hip.

She got a black, white and pink cross on her lower hip and red and pink lips on her wrist.

She got all this while wearing a large “Magen David” (Jewish star symbol) around her neck. Yes, the cross tattoo and the Jewish star are an odd mix. So is a 24-hour rehab stint and a shaved head.

Rehab, again, is just days away.
