Beckham Rubbishes Career-Change Reports
Soccer star DAVID BECKHAM has rubbished reports he is to embark on an acting career when he moves to Los Angeles.
Beckham, who is under contract with Spanish soccer club Real Madrid before he joins new team LA Galaxy, was rumoured to be embarking on a career in movies upon his impending arrival in Hollywood this summer.
But his experiences of filming movie GOAL 2, in which he appears as himself, have persuaded him not to embark on a career change.
He says, “I just had to act naturally (in Goal 2). It would be very difficult to be part of a film because I am not an actor and I never will be.”
