BROOKE SHIELDS has signed on for SEX AND THE CITY author CANDACE BUSHNELL’s new TV series LIPSTICK JUNGLE.

The one-hour pilot for US network NBC, is based on Bushnell’s best seller about three rich, power-hungry professional women in New York City.

Shield’s will play WENDY, a movie studio president and harried wife and mother to three children.

The 41-year-old starred in the sitcom SUDDENLY SUSAN and most recently appeared as a mentally disturbed psychologist in the plastic surgery drama NIP/TUCK.
