Spears & Federline Extend Custody Agreement
BRITNEY SPEARS and KEVIN FEDERLINE have extended their child custody agreement after agreeing a schedule for visits with their sons.
Federline’s attorney, MARK VINCENT KAPLAN, confirms custody terms his client and Spears agreed upon at the beginning of last month will continue.
Spears has agreed to let her estranged husband have physical custody of the boys every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon at her home.
Under the arrangement, the pop star will be allowed to be present for her husband’s playtime with his kids – but she won’t be able to prevent him from seeing the boys, aged one and four months.
