Friends of MARILYN MANSON are worried by his rumoured relationship with 19-year-old actress EVAN RACHEL WOOD, and fear the rocker is on the verge of a mid-life crisis.

Manson’s estranged wife DITA VON TEESE filed for divorce last month, ending their marriage of just over a year, and now sources close to the 38-year-old ANTICHRIST SUPERSTAR hitmaker fear he’s spiralling out of control.

One pal tells American publication People, “It’s like he’s having a midlife crisis. He’s with a younger version of Dita.”

The friend points out that Wood, who was last seen in public with Manson at this birthday party on January 5, “Has her hair and makeup done like Dita.”

Wood’s publicist has vehemently denied her client had anything to do with the break-up of Manson’s marriage.
