Garbage Regroup To Record New Songs
Rockers GARBAGE are ending their indefinite hiatus next month, when the band will head into the studio to record new songs.
Drummer BUTCH VIG has confirmed the STUPID GIRL group, who announced they were taking time off indefinitely after bringing their world tour to a premature end in 2005, will be taping new tracks for a forthcoming best of album.
He tells MTV, “We’re recording a couple new songs at the end of February. I think everyone’s excited about getting back in a room and playing some music together.
“We’ve been working on it for a while. There was originally talk about doing a B-side and remix CD as well. I’m not sure what we’ll do, but we have a lot of B-sides and remixes over the years, so it would be cool to see that come out in a proper package for our hardcore fans.”
