Britney Spears Didn’t Collapse, She Fell Asleep, Says Manager
Reports that Britney Spears collapsed at a New Year’s Eve party in Las Vegas are inaccurate, says her manager.
“She was not drunk. She was just tired and falling asleep,” said Larry Rudolph, who had accompanied the pop princess to Caesars Palace’s Pure nightclub, where she had hosted their New Year’s Eve Party.
At Midnight, she helped countdown the New Year’s. At around 12:40 a.m., she was seen passed out and had to be helped out of the club.
“There is nothing out of the ordinary here,” Rudolph told the Associated Press.
Spears was paid a six-figure sum for her appearance at the club. Her two sons were reportedly in Las Vegas with her.
