He said he’d do it and he did it – the Donald is suing.

Although it’s not his latest target, Rosie O’Donnell Donald Trump is suing, it’s his last one, the city of Palm Beach in Florida.

E! Online is reporting that the Donald has filed a $10 million lawsuit against the city, who ordered him to take down his American Flag in October. Trump is claiming the city is violating his right to free speech.

City officials ordered Trump to take down his flag, saying he needed a building permit because the flag was over the city’s limits. Trump claims the city has unfairly targeted him, while allowing other citizens to raise similar flags. The lawsuit was filed last Thursday.

Trump is also looking for lawyer’s fees to be covered and says he will donate any money he wins to veterans who return home from Iraq.
