Jealous girls and curious on-lookers alike want to know more about Kate Middleton and Chelsy Davy, the two young women who have stolen the hearts of Prince William and Harry.

In fact, they want to know more about the girls than the princes themselves. According to Live Search’s ‘Top 100 Searches for 2006′, Middleton, Prince William’s girlfriend (poised to be his fiance and future queen) comes in first among the Royal Family in online popularity. Middleton is most searched on the web, followed by Davy, Harry’s girlfriend.

Following the two young women was Zara Phillips, William and Harry’s cousin and the only daughter of Princess Anne. She was named BBC Sports’ Personality of the Year earlier this month – she is a world champion equestrienne.

Prince William came in at number four on the most-searched list. His brother Harry only made it to number eight.
