Eminem and on-again off-again wife Kim Mathers are divorced. Again.

E! Online reports that the divorce between the couple was made official yesterday, after the two appeared in court to settle a few things.

The issue at hand was a settlement. The pair had been unable to make one together and had been sent to mediation, but yesterday in court they both told the judge they had come to one.

Both Mathers and Eminiem will share legal and physical custody of their 10-year-old daughter Hailie.

The judge in the case told reporters that the pair behaved well in court, and that it was a “pleasure” to be their judge.
