In the January 2007 edition of Vogue magazine, Angelina Jolie states she never intended to break-up the marriage of Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt.

“I think we were both the last two people who were looking for a relationship. I certainly wasn’t. I was quite content to be a single mom,” Jolie says in the interview with Vogue.

Jolie, 31, met Pitt when the two were filming “Mr. & Mrs. Smith.”

When shooting for the film ended Pitt and Jolie remained good friends.

Pitt, 43, has always denied Jolie was the reason behind his marriage gone kaput with “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston.

Aniston filed for divorce in March 2005. The divorce became final in October.
