Angelina Jolie tapped into Brad Pitt’s interest in architecture and treated him to a private tour of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater for his birthday.

They visited the Pennsylvanian house on Thursday, People reports. Pitt will turn 43 on December 18.

“Brad said he had wanted to experience Fallingwater ever since he took an architectural history course in college,” said Cara Armstrong, curator of education at the house and tour guide for their celebrity guests.

The two-hour tour was followed by champagne and caviar in the house’s living room, during which Fallingwater’s staff were invited to join in the celebration.

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, staff members said Jolie told them off Pitt, “He’s so hard to buy for.”
