Rosie Not Leaving the View
Rosie O’Donnell says she’s not leaving The View any time soon. O’Donnell, who joined the cast of the daytime talk show just three months ago, shot down rumours that she’s abandoning the show on Thursday’s episode.
She said she had mentioned to an audience member during a commercial break that she wanted to work on FX’s “Nip/Tuck” during The View’s summer hiatus.
“Don’t anybody worry where Rosie’s going,” O’Donnell clarified. “She’s right here.”
Fans had been wondering whether O’Donnell would stay on The View, especially considering the heated on-air arguments she has had with fellow co-star Elisabeth Hasselbeck. But O’Donnell’s presence has done wonders for the show, which boasted its highest November viewership in history this year.
