Pete Doherty — Babyshambles frontman, sometimes-boyfriend of supermodel Kate Moss, and soon-to-be-father — was released from police custody on Sunday after posting bail. Doherty had been arrested for suspected possession of crack cocaine.

The arrest came after Doherty was seen wildly driving his car near his London home, according to Billboard.

A Scotland Yard spokeswoman said Doherty was arrested along with two passengers. They have all been released while recovered substances are being analysed, but have been ordered to report back to the authorities in December.

Though Doherty recently went through a long stint in rehab, it has not seemed to help his addictions nor his behaviour. Just a couple weeks ago, Doherty was fined after assaulting a BBC reporter.
