My Name Is Earl actress Jaime Pressly and her deejay fiancee, Eric Cubiche, are preggers with their first child.

Pressly made the announcement on Jay Leno last night, patting her four-month baby bump and bragging about being able to eat Big Macs with no worries.

She also blasted the media, saying it was a woman’s right to hide a pregnancy in the first few months, what with miscarriage possibilities and so on.

Pressly also said an ultra-sound revealed she’s having a baby boy.

“[The doctor] asked me what I thought I was having and I said a boy,” Pressly said. “She looked at the picture and said, ‘If that’s not a boy that’s a third leg.’ Of course, Eric says its because he’s Cuban.”

The two have dated on-and-off for 10 years, but are in no hurry to wed.

It takes a lot of work and planning,” she told Leno.
