Perez Hilton has been slapped with a lawsuit.

Canada.com reports that the famous blogger was served with a cease and desist order by Splash News on Tuesday while he was in a café writing his column.

Splash News claims Hilton has used its photos, including ones of Britney Spears holding her newest baby boy, Jayden James in Louisiana, without permission.

Hilton has also been approached by other agencies such as FilmMagic and X-17, telling the blogger to remove the unauthorized photos on his site.

“Sites like Perez Hilton are a whole new concern in the industry. Copyright should be enforced and respected,” said a spokesperson at LDP Images in Toronto about the cases. LDP Images is considering its options regarding if it will pursue action against Hilton as well.
