Julie Bowen, actress on both “Boston Legal” and “Lost,” has announced that she’s four months pregnant with her first child.

The 37-year-old told People magazine that she’s definitely been feeling the effects of carrying a child.

“(I’m) eating in the middle of the night. I’m like a bear,” she said. “I wake up in the middle of the night, eat food and go back to sleep again. It’s not fun, but it’s a wild ride. I’m looking forward to it being over.”

Bowen also told People that she’s choosing against finding out the baby’s sex before it’s born, and that no names have been set out.

She and her husband, real-estate investor Scott Phillips, have been married since September 2004.
