Norah Jones is ready to make her big feature acting debut, as a woman in search of true love in the romantic comedy “My Blueberry Nights.”
Along the way, Jones’ character will meet a host of eccentric people in the film by noted Hong Kong director Wong Kar Wai. This will be Wong’s first English-language feature, which also stars Jude Law, David Strathairn, Rachel Weisz, Tim Roth and Natalie Portman.
“My Blueberry Nights” was picked up by the Weinstein Co., which will distribute the film in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.
Grammy winner Jones will release her third album “Not Too Late” on Jan. 30.
