Cameron Diaz wants a nose job. Not for cosmetic reasons, she says, but because of her deviated septum.

“I’m getting it fixed. I can’t take it. I cannot breathe at all,” the actress told W Magazine. “One side of my nose is totally shattered — my septum is basically like a train derailed.”

The 34-year-old Diaz has had a history of problems with her nose. She has broken it four times, the last time while surfing in Waikiki on her birthday in 2003.

Diaz also tells W that she’s beginning to have to watch what she eats.

“I used to be able to eat anything I wanted and then go right to bed. Fried chicken, onion rings, half a bottle of wine,” she says. “As you get older, your insides rebel. You’ve asked so much of them for so many years, and then they just go, ‘Uh-uh, bi-atch! Gonna eat cheese fries? See how you sleep!’ And you’re tossing and turning all night.”

Diaz will star in the comedy “The Holiday” with Jude Law, Kate Winslet, and Jack Black, set to open in theatres Dec. 8.
