Poor Ryan Phillipe. First his separation is overshadowed by the bigger news of Britney and Kevin’s divorce. Now his ex-sweetie, Reese Witherspoon, has officially filed divorce papers.

Witherspoon cited “irreconcilable differences” in the papers she filed Wednesday and is seeking physical custody of the couple’s two children — Ava and Deacon.

Witherspoon is giving visitation for Phillippe and “exclusive use of the family residence.” She also pulls a Britney and asks for any spousal support to be terminated.

These poor girls, marrying down and all.
