K-Fed, now to be forever known as Fed-Ex, isn’t taking Britney Spears’ divorce papers laying down.

Reports say that Kevin Federline, who is out promoting his “album” Playing With Fire, has counter-filed for spousal support and sole custody of the couple’s two young boys.

Spears had initially offered up joint custody their tater tots, Sean and Jayden, and requested any spousal support be dismissed.

“The pleading is responsive to the petition hurriedly filed by Britney Spears yesterday, which may have been a preemptive strike in anticipation by her of the filing by Kevin seeking sole custody of the children,” Fed-Ex’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said in a written statement, reports Reuters.

“Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals,” Kaplan said.

And your sole care is the answer K-Fed? Better luck with your next baby mama.
