TomKat on a Spending Spree
And you thought The Keg was expensive.
MSNBC reports that Tom Cruise recently spent $10,000 on a steak dinner for fiancée Katie Holmes at Mastros Steakhouse in Beverly Hills.
No, the money wasn’t for the meat, but rather to rent out a room in the restaurant, which is normally reserved for groups of 15 or more. Reports say Holmes barely ate her dinner, a piece of sea bass, but Cruise ate a porterhouse steak, as well as salad and three side dishes.
The extravagance doesn’t end at the dinner though. Reports are also circulating that Holmes’ perfume for the wedding, Clive Christian No. 1, costs $2,350 an ounce.
