Scott Foley has moved on from ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

The actor is engaged to girlfriend Marika Dominczyk.

It is unknown when Foley popped the question, but his publicist confirmed the engagement on Monday. The couple met on the sitcom “The Help.”

In addition to being Jennifer Garner’s first husband, Foley has appeared in television shows such as “Dawson’s Creek” and “Felicity,” while Dominczyk has appeared in shows like “Brothers & Sisters” and “Heist.”

No wedding date was announced.
