The much anticipated nuptials of Hollywood megastar Tom Cruise, 44, and his blushing bride-to-be Katie Holmes, 27, is rumoured to take place in a castle outside Rome.

According to Italian newspaper Il Messaggero the pair are scheduled to marry at Castello Odescalchi on the shores of Lake Bracciano.

Once home to kings, the paper reports the Castle will host the rehearsal ceremony Nov. 16, a Catholic ceremony Nov. 17 and a final Scientology celebration Nov. 18.

Contrary to newspaper’s claims, the receptionist at Castello Odescalchi denied of any such booking.

The unrelenting tabloid search for the precise location has also included Lake Como and Lake Gardo.
