A New York man suspected of stalking pop princess Lindsay Lohan has been arrested for his behaviour, and is being held on $200,000 U.S. bail.

18-year-old Maksim Myaskovskiy is facing felony charges of stalking and making criminal threats against Lohan, reports The Associated Press.

According to court papers, Myakovskiy “admitted to being ‘obsessed’ with her, has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention … and that [boyfriend] Joel Madden stands in their way.”

The creep-o is set to be arraigned on Tueaday.
