Sean “Diddy” Combs thinks he’s got what it takes to be James Bond. The rap mogul announced last night at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Copenhagen that one day, the world will be ready for a black Bond – and he’d be the man for the job.

“One day the time will come for a black Bond, and hopefully I can audition for it,” Diddy said.

“It’s a dream of mine to play a great role like that.” Diddy’s only acting credit was in the Halle Berry film Monster’s Ball in 2001.

Not to say Diddy isn’t a fan of Daniel Craig, who takes on the role of 007 for the first time in the newest Bond flick, Casino Royale, this month. “I love the Bond they have now,” Diddy has said. “He’s a great actor and I think they made a great choice.”
