Marcia Cross ‘Desperate’ to Retrieve Sexy Photos
Marcia Cross, the red-headed star of “Desperate Housewives,” is fighting to get back some sexy pictures she accidentally threw out.
The photographs, which reportedly show cross showering outside in the buff, have found their way into the hands of David Hans Schmidt, reports the New York Daily News.
Schmidt was the man behind hocking the Dustin “Screech” Diamonds sex tape, and also purchased the contents of a storage locker rented to paris Hilton when she defaulted on her payments.
The pictures made their way to Schmidt through an employee of a company hired to dispose of trash from Cross’ home.
For their part, Cross and husband Tom Mahoney’s lawyers are saying that the photos were thrown out accidentally, and are still the couple’s property and protected by copyright laws.
Schmidt is dealing the pictures on behalf of the trash-man, and says he’ll gladly sell them back to Cross.
“I’m not looking to mortify Ms. Cross,” he stated. “I just want the most money for my client.”
