The extremely odd divorce proceedings of country singer Sara Evans and Craig Schelske seems to have finally been dealt a slice of common sense.

Evans has been accusing Schelske of posting online ads for sex as well as photos of him having sex with other women. Schelske then turned around and said Evans cheated on him.

Thank goodness Chancery Court Judge R.E. Lee Davies stepped in and told them both what’s what.

As part of Davies’ orders, the couple has to split $274,000 Schelske moved out of a joint account after Evans filed for divorce. Schelske also has to look for a separate residence and try to work out a schedule for him to visit with their three children.

“I think $137,000 ought to address any immediate concerns,” Davies said according to Yahoo! News. “Down the road we can make adjustments.”

Evans’ attorney didn’t object but did say that Schelske “ought to get a job.”
