“Extreme Makeover” has been cancelled by ABC.

The plastic surgery makeover show only aired one episode this year, before the network decided to give it the axe, reports Reuters.

Instead, reruns of “Grey’s Anatomy” will run in “Extreme Makeover’s” Friday at 8 p.m., slot.

The network also confirmed that “Lost” will return from its hiatus on Feb. 7. The last new episode will air on Nov. 8 before the ABC smash will be shelved until its return date in February.

“Day Break” will premiere in “Lost’s” Wednesday at 9 p.m. timeslot beginning on Nov. 15,
