Mike Bullard Is Back In Radio Form
Canadian comic Mike Bullard is hitting XM Canada Satellite Radio with his own uncensored radio show.
XM Canada announced this week that Bullard would host his own daily morning show on XM’s Laugh Attack channel. His daily show will start Oct. 23 on channel 153 from 7 to 9 a.m.
“Between Howard Stern and Opie & Anthony, there’s a pleasant medium. There’s got to be a lot of people looking for a pleasant medium between the two,” Bullard told The Globe and Mail newspaper.
He also told the paper that his show isn’t technically “uncensored.”
“I prefer ‘unbridled, unfettered.’ When you talk about censorship, you also talk about preventing certain topics from being discussed which aren’t necessarily prurient. I prefer ‘unfettered’ or ‘unleashed’ or ‘unbowed’,” he says.
Many Canadians know Bullard as a former late night talk show host on Global TV’s The Mike Bullard Show and CTV’s Open Mike with Mike Bullard.
