Travis Barker Hurts Arm, Puts Plus-44 Tour On Hold
Despite Travis Barker’s claims last week that a broken arm wouldn’t keep him off the road with Plus-44, the band has just announced that their North American tour has been postponed.
“The first leg of [Plus-44's] fall tour will be rescheduled due to an arm injury suffered by Barker,” read a statement from the band released on Monday, according to MTV. “All rescheduled shows will take place in December; exact dates to be announced soon.”
The first date of the tour will now be November 8 in St. Petersburg, FL. All earlier dates are being rescheduled. Luckily, the band’s November 21 stop at Toronto’s Phoenix has not been affected.
“We can’t wait to get out on the road and show everyone what we’ve been up to for the past year and a half,” said Plus-44 guitarist Mark Hoppus (and like Barker, a former member of Blink-182). “We will get the word out with the new dates in the next couple of days.”
