Former “Who’s The Boss” star Tony Danza is separating from his wife of 20 years, Tracy.

The couple announced the split Thursday through Danza’s rep, Jill Fritzo.

They have two teenage daughters, Emily and Katie. Danza also has a son, Marc, from a previous marriage.

Danza hosted his own syndicated talk show “The Tony Danza Show” for two years, before the show got cancelled in May, 2006.

He is most famous for playing a model dad on “Who’s The Boss,” which ran from 1984 to 1992.
