Charges Dropped Against Lost Actor
Unlike the two “Lost” castmembers before him, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (AKA Mr. Eko) was able to get two traffic violations against him dropped.
The actor was charged earlier this month with driving without a license and disobeying an officer on Sept. 2 when he was pulled over in Hawaii, where “Lost” is filmed.
The Honolulu District Court dropped the charge of driving without a license when Akinnuoye-Agbaje’s lawyer presented the court with the actor’s California driving license. The second charge was dropped because the prosecution determined it could not prove the charge beyond a reasonable doubt.
Former “Lost” actresses Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros faced DUI charges while filming the hit ABC series last year. Rodriguez served jail time, while Watros paid a fine and had her license removed for the offence.
