Jennifer Aniston is hitting Broadway for, literally, one night only. The former “Friends” star will be participating in “The 6th Annual 24 Hour Plays on Broadway” on Oct. 23.

Aniston will join 23 other stars including Rosie Perez, Lili Taylor, and SNL’s Rachel Dratch in writing, directing, and acting in six 10-minute plays in under 24 hours.

The performances, to be held at the American Airlines Theater, will go to benefit Working Playground, which provides arts programs in underserved New York schools.
