Cameron Diaz has filed a legal complaint against a photographer, alleging he used his car as a weapon.

The Associated Press reports that Diaz has filed a police report citing assault with a deadline weapon.

The event occurred just after midnight on Wednesday when Diaz and Justin Timberlake were leaving a party. The photographer reportedly jumped out of the bushes and tried to take a picture of the two. The couple chased the photographer until he got into his car and drove toward the pair.

No arrests have been made.

“The investigation is in its initial stages,” said April Harding, a Hollywood police officer.
