Brad Pitt to Star in Mission: Impossible 4?
Money may not be able to buy you happiness, but it just might get Paramount Pictures Brad Pitt, reports playfuls.com.
Pitt is being seriously considered to take the place of his “Interview with the Vampire” co-star, Tom Cruise, in the next installment of “Missison Impossible.”
The studio is reportedly willing to pay the actor $40 million, which, if he accepts, would make him the highest-paid actor in Hollywood history.
Paramount is looking to Pitt to keep the franchise alive since they have recently severed ties with couch-jumping Cruise. Despite their 14-year long business relationship, Paramount dropped Cruise due to his “inappropriate behaviour,” feeling that the vocal Scientologist was damaging his movies’ prospects at the box office.
Pitt, on the other hand, has been significantly upping his public profile with a growing family with actress Angelina Jolie, and with five movies slated for release within the next two years.
