Paris Hilton Album Debuts in Sixth
Paris Hilton’s debut album sold an under whelming 75,000 copies last week.
“For a newcomer, this is incredibly impressive,” said her spokesperson Elliot Mintz, reports Irish Examiner.
But compared to other new albums, “Paris” didn’t quite cut it.
Danity Kane debuted at number one, followed by the new Outkast album. Christina Aguilera’s “Back to Basics” slips from one to three, while the Cheetah Girls 2 soundtrack improves a spot to four. Then comes Mana, and finally at number six is Paris Hilton.
She faired a bit better in Canada, coming in ahead of the much-hyped Outkast album.
