Football star Matt Leinart and women’s basketball star Brynn Cameron are going to have a baby.

“It’s an exciting time in their life. They both have support from their families,” said a source, reports People.

Leinart, 23, just graduated from USC this past December and Cameron, 20, plans to return to school and the team after the baby.

Children have always had a close spot in Leinart’s heart. Leinart is currently raising funds to get his charity, the Matt Leinart Foundation, up and running. The foundation will help teach disabled and unfortunate children.

“Kids are important to Matt. He really wants to help kids who can’t help themselves,” said Leinart’s representative, reports People.

Leinart had his fair share of the spotlight. He was romantically linked to the hotel heiress Paris Hilton and voted one of People’s Most Beautiful People this year.

The couple is expecting their little bundle of joy in the fall.
