Richard Gere is getting a little “Bollywood/Hollywood” with his latest on-screen companion. The actor will star alongside former Miss Universe and Bollywood beauty Sushmita Sen in an upcoming film, according to the Times of India.

“The Expat” will be directed by Sutapa Ghosh and filmed in Argentina. Sen, 30, will apparently play the role of a foreigner living abroad.

“I have already signed (to do) the film,” she announced in an interview with the paper. “And yes, Richard Gere plays the male lead.”

Sen won the Miss India competition in 1994, going on to take the Miss Universe title that year. Since then, she’s appeared in upwards of 25 Bollywood films.
