After three years of no new material, Deftones are back with their fifth album “Saturday Night Wrist.”

Back in February, Deftones drummer Abe Cunningham confessed making this fifth album nearly broke up the band.

“If there was a VH1 ‘Behind the Music’ special on us, it would be the perfect episode with divorces and all kinds of crap. It was just lack of communication. Thankfully, we’ve been reattaching our limbs,” said Cunningham, reports Billboard.

The 12-track album that features System Of A Down singer Serj Tankian on the song “Mein,” as well as Giant Drag front woman Annie Hardy on the song “Pink Cellphone,” will be released on October 31.

Deftones is currently on tour with Korn for the Family Values Tour.
