Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his wife, Playboy model Shanna Moakler, are splitting after less than two years of marriage.

People magazine reports that Barker’s publicist verified the separation on Tuesday, saying, “I can confirm that Travis filed this morning.”

The split also means that Barker and Moakler are upholding the MTV marriage curse. Just a month ago, Dave Navarro and Carmen Electra announced their separation; they had starred on MTV’s “‘Til Death Do Us Part.” Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey of MTV’s “Newlyweds” announced their split just eight months before. Barker and Moakler had starred on MTV’s “Meet the Barkers.”

The 30-year-old Barker and 31-year-old Moakler have two children together. Moakler also has a daughter from a prior relationship with boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
