Maura Tierney and her husband of 13 years are splitting.

Tierney and her soon-to-be-ex husband, Billy Morrissette, have been separated since Mar. 7, E! Online reports.

The actress filed a petition for divorce citing irreconcilable differences in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday.

Tierney is currently starring on the NBC hit drama “ER,” while Morrisette is an actor as well and has performed in such hit shows as “Party of Five” and “Mad About You.”
