Katherine McPhee rejoined the American Idol Tour this evening when it hit Pittsburgh, the Associated Press reports.

McPhee missed three weeks of the tour due to doctor’s orders that she was not allowed to sing or talk due to an infection, McPhee explained when she co-hosted “The View” today.

The Idol runner up disputed the rumours that she had to drop out of the tour because she had a recurrence of bulimia.

She will join the other American Idol top 10 when they meet President Bush when the tour rolls into Washington tomorrow.
