Britney Spears’ ex-pool boy is claiming that the pop tartlet is not the sweet girl her image suggests, MSNBC reports.

Jon Lalanne claims he was fired for talking to Spears’ husband, Kevin Federline, too much.

“I was hanging out a little bit. She came out screaming at Kevin for lying around, then looked at me like I was to blame,” LaLanne tells In Touch Weekly, adding he shortly thereafter got a call from Spears’ “people” telling him not to bother returning to work.

“She wants Kevin on a leash. She fires everybody. I figured, ‘Why not me?’ I just didn’t expect her to be so mean. It’s a revolving door there. She’s not the nice person everyone thinks she is,” he says.
