An Office Cross-over?
Before it began, critics were afraid the U.S. version of the BBC hit show “The Office” would not live up to its predecessor. Now it seems not only has it has lived up to it so much, some of the cast members of the U.K. version want in on it.
The New York Post is reporting that some of the British cast members will be guest starring on the NBC version of the show next season.
“There’s a lot of love between [the casts and crews] of the two versions of the show,” Ben Silverman, executive producer for the U.S. version, said to The Post.
It is unclear whether Ricky Garvis, star of the BBC version, will be making a cameo, he is however writing an episode for the upcoming series. It is also unclear at this point whether the British cast members will be reprising their British roles, or if new ones will be created for them.
