Britney Spears Bares All for Harper’s Bazaar
Pop star Britney Spears has posed nude for the cover of the August issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine.
The cover and accompanying photo spread of a six-months pregnant Spears is reminiscent of Demi Moore’s famous 1991 Vanity Fair cover, on which she appeared naked and pregnant as well.
Spears has also taken a break from her usual blonde hair, sporting a dark black dye job in the pictures.
The pictures were taken a week ago, and mark the first time that a nude photograph has appeared on the cover of the magazine.
“Since word leaked out about the shoot on Monday, people have been desperate to get their hands on the exclusive photos which were posted on various Web sites without permission from the magazine,” said a statement from Harper’s, according to Reuters.
