Elton John and Partner Buy Home In Small Canadian Town?
According to the Globe and Mail, Elton John and his partner, Canadian David Furnish, have bought a home in the small town of Coburg, Ontario.
The newspaper interviewed several residents of the town about an hour east of Toronto, although it couldn?t find anyone to confirm or deny the rumours.
The location of the rumoured buy by John is the Esplanade on the Wharf townhouses located on the town’s waterfront.
The homes range in price from $500,000 to $700,000 for 2,200 to 2,800 square feet.
“We can’t talk about who’s there and who’s not there,” Russ Henderson, owner of Coburg Marina Properties which is developing the land, said when asked by the Globe if the rumours were true about John and Furnish buying one of the units.
